We are just putting our house up for sale and looking at several gated communities with Golf Course and if the home had a pool, I certainly would not turn that down….Do you represent homes in the Villages, Terra Vista, or communities close by, that sre short sale. Also, if its a short sale, how would you go in with the first offer. We have not decided on a Representative for yet, as I mentioned, we are just starting an investigation of this area, as well as Destin Florida and Gulf Shores. I am a 100% disabled Vet, so I think I get a credit up to $7000 in taxes, is this correct?

I work Marion, Lake, Citrus counties. So yes to villages not Terra Vista. The seller has to agreet to an offer. It needs to be a reasonable offer. The bank has the final say on the price and terms. I do not know any thing about the $7000. They had that a couple years ago but I do not know of one now. I am available by phone most all the time 352-266-2637
