We are thinking of relocating from Ohio to Florida this summer. We are already pre approved for a loan through Wells Fargo also it is a Va loan My husband is a veteran of Vietnam and operation of Iraqi freedom in 2003. We’ve been looking for homes in the price range of 40,000 to 55,000. That’s what are loan is for. Here in Ohio there is limited choices of livable homes in this price range than i decided to look in Florida and i see homes within our price range with pools included in warm weather a bonus. So the homes i requested info about will they pass a Va inspections.

Yes! We have many home in that price range and some will pass VA. Most home in Ocala are short sales and foreclosures, most will need a good cleaning and paint and carpet.
