Anything is possible. It all depends on the terms. I am a realtor selling short sales and It does take 60-90 days to get an answer from the bank so you could feasibly find a buyer while your waiting. I would like it would be good deal for everyone. You can call me any time 352-266-2637

I have a house in Silver Springs with a tenant, but I am getting to the point very quickly where I can no longer afford it. What are my options as far as a short sale goes? Is it possible?…the note is with SunTrust.
